A brief history of the Chicago, St. Paul, Minneapolis & Omaha Railway Elroy-St. Paul mainline:

06/26/21

This standard through girder bridge crosses 751st Avenue near Knapp.
Built in 1912 as part of a double tracking project, the bridge consists of a single through girder span. This span rests on concrete substructures.
Overall, the bridge appears to be in fair to poor condition, with some section loss on structural members and spalling on concrete. The former westbound track has since been removed.

The author has ranked this bridge as being locally significant, due to the common design.
